ABOUT US

The Kansas Saddle Horse Association is an all-breed, family-oriented organization chartered in 1941 to promote good fellowship among all persons interested in horses in Kansas.

 

We sponsor the KSHA Junior/Senior Classic Horse Show, held annually over the second weekend in May.  This is an all-breed show, with multiple breed-specific as well as open classes offered.  Being a member is not required to show at our shows, but if you're a member of KSHA, showing at any KSHA-sponsored show can earn you and your horses points toward year-end awards! You can also earn KSHA points at other shows held in the state that are members of KSHA.   Our year-end awards banquet is held each January to present the previous year's awards.
